Mô tả công việc
-Handle transactions for customers, including cash deposits/withdrawals, card payments.
-Follow the bank procedure to count, reconcile and manage all the fund.
-Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.
-Work with other customer service officer as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed.
-Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.
-Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Yêu cầu
-Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, speaking Korean is advantage.
-Good sense of numbers and computer skills.
-Cash handling experience.
-Excellent communication, customer-service, and time-management skills.
-Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork.
-Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
