Job Description:
50% Project Management:
- Receive briefs from clients; thoroughly understand the client's needs and independently debrief internal departments as well as relevant partners/suppliers.
- Lead brainstorming sessions internally.
- Develop communication plans for simple projects (implemented across 2-3 media platforms, with no need for highly creative key assets) with moderate scale (budget < 3 billion VND), or collaborate with the Planning, Creative, and Digital Media departments to create integrated, complex communication plans or those with large scale.
- Coordinate with partners to build budget plans and present convincing ideas to clients.
- Collaborate with the Project Management department during the project execution process, ensuring the implementation of projects as per the proposal to achieve the best results.
- Proactively work with the Line Manager to address any issues that arise during the project execution process (if any).
30% Client Management:
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Build and develop partnerships and cooperation with potential clients and partners.
20% Training, Guiding, and Supervising Subordinates
Job Requirements:
Education/Professional Knowledge/Major:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and capable of creating attractive PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong communication skills and clear, fluent presentation abilities.
Working Experience in the Same Position:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at a media, advertising, or public relations agency.
- Solid knowledge of Marketing and Brand Communications.
- Experience in developing communication plans, implementing creative ideas into actionable plans, creating content plans, and content direction.
