Job Description:
70% Successfully complete assigned responsibilities under the direct management and supervision of the Strategic Planning Director.
Analyze client requirements, objectives, and challenges for small to medium-scale plans; develop and build appropriate strategic communication directions. Simultaneously coordinate with other departments to complete the strategic proposal.
Closely monitor the project throughout the bidding process to make necessary adjustments to the strategic portion until completion and client selection.
20% Assist the direct manager/supervisor in researching, finding data, and writing planning documents based on predetermined direction and outlines.
10% Research and stay updated on new trends and ideas in the fields of PR, Social Media, Digital, or Communications both domestically and internationally.
Job Requirements:
Education - Specialization - Major:
Bachelor's degree in PR, Digital, or Communications. Or equivalent working experience.
Work Experience:
2+ years of experience in executing or managing Online PR or Digital projects. Experience in Account and Project Management is preferred.
Other Requirements:
Proficient in developing PR, Social Media, and Digital strategies, quickly grasping the requirements of various industries, and able to transform creative ideas into persuasive presentations.
Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills: Proficient in finding, analyzing, filtering, and evaluating data to identify key issues as well as comparing and contrasting data from different sources; Strong reasoning and logical skills to connect ideas into a coherent, in-depth strategy.
