JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various campaigns and overseeing them to completion
Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Strategic Planning..) to write and design unique and well-crafted proposals that meet clients' needs as well as our own.
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
Monitor results of team efforts, carry out significant modifications, and propose actions for the future
Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape
Oversee client pitches and proposals
Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Leading team, train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields.
5+ years of working in creative direction in the advertising agency
At least 2 years of working in the same position (Creative Director/ Associate Creative Director/ Art Director.)
Years of experience creating marketing/advertising/digital campaigns from developing vision and the messaging platform to overseeing production on time and budget
Proven experience with concept development
Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Good command in English
Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
