Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the online community management across different platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Zalo...
Check and reply the comments and direct messages on social media channels.
Consolidate the insights from consumers' dialogues & work out the comprehensive weekly and monthly report.
Follow the protocols and alert relevant stakeholders on time to handle complaints and/or crisis.
Brainstorm with client service team on social, digital ideas & work on the proposal instructed by line manager to present to clients.
Handle the daily project operation & work with clients assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
Last semester or graduated from the college/university
Have participated in some marketing activities or digital marketing projects is a plus
Live and breathe in digital, understand the industry and where it's going, including new trends
Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
