Bookkeeper/ Internal Accountant

We are seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, results driven Bookkeeper/Internal
Accountant to join the team. You will be a part of our growing business services
and bookkeeping team, responsible for the day to day needs of our broad
business services and clients. This role will provide prospects for growth within
the medium to long term. This role is aimed at candidates wishing to move
quickly into a manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Issuing, checking and controlling the validity and legality of internal
accounting documents and rotation in the right order
- Accounting for internal accounting documents
- Keep internal documents scientifically, and securely
- Control and coordination of work with accounting team
- Check the documents when setting up the collection and expenditure
procedures
- Make receipts and expenditures based on the form for the treasurer as
a basis for making money expenditures
- Send documents such as receipts and expenditures to relevant
departments
- Monitor and monitor the advances of the internal company
- Print fund reports and report to the CEO
- Compare with the treasurer about the inventory at the end of the day
and cash inventory
- Prepare a budget payment - bank

- Receive receipts - warehouses or copies of invoices to make payments
- Compare with the basic accounting of the debt situation of the
company and customers monthly and make a payment schedule of
customers' debts
- Calculate the number of debts incurred each months and preparation of
debt payment notices
- Make reports and monitor the debt balance of the company in each
object periodically or irregularly or periodically at the request of
superiors
- Cash collection or cash advance weekly and compare with cash
balance
- Propose debt collection solutions efficiency, reminders to pay debts
