Main Purpose of Job
Representing branch requirements throughout business planning process and ensure that branch sales plans reflect the channel and region needs, support the Branch Manager to drive the process of sales plan by incorporating actions that deliver the set category / brand objectives.
Job Description
Branch Sales Planning by Regions:
- Sales target planning
- Sales Delivery and Sales Support Planning
Category Activity Planning by Regions and Execution Follow up:
- Cascade the categories activities to RSMs/ASMs and do the allocation
- Lead ICP, Quarterly/Monthly activity planning for the Branch and ensure execution by regions
- Stock and Sales allocation for all categories
- Evaluate activities implemented in the Branch for key learnings
- Allocation of POPs (category) and monitor effective utilization of the same
MBP Process (MSR)
- Prepare sales bottom up forecast for Branch by categories
- Attend MSR
- Follow up with the monthly FCDP for the branch by regions
Lead the MOR with Categories at Branch level:
- Prepare content for MOR meeting at Branch
- Drive the discussion and propose activities / action plans by Categories for Branch
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations
Ensure the Execution of the Gold/Silver activities by channels every month by NDPs and by Regions
- Tracking and Monitor the quality of execution for Gold/Silver activities by regions and NDPs daily (DOR at Branch)
- Remind and Push RSMs/ASMs to push for quality of execution
Channel Activity Planning by regions and Execution Follow up:
- TT Channel activities (Permanent Display Programs): Allocation by regions, and Follow up with Sales teams to ensure execution of Picture of Success by channels
- OOH Channel activities: allocation and execution follow up to ensure picture of success for OOH channels at branch
- Evaluate the Channel activities implemented in the Branch for key learnings and share with HO CCSD team for action plan.
- Allocation of POPs (Channel) and monitor effective utilization of the same
Lead the DOR/WOR/MOR implementation at Regions and Branch, and Co-work with Sales Training Manager to ensure quality of execution at NDPs
Local Modern Trade Project Coordinator at Branch
- Lead the implementation of this project at Branch and support BMs
- Coordinate RSMs, ASM, HO
Project Managers to implement the projects
Continuously source, update and communicate latest developments, trends, initiatives and competitive actions and activities within the channels, assessing implications/opportunities for Nestle categories and brands.
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations.
