1. Position purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Ho Chi Minh branch. This role ensures strong sales growth, operational excellence, people development, and compliance with company and legal standards. By effectively managing these key areas, the Branch Manager is ultimately accountable for delivering sustainable profitability and contributing to the company's long-term success.
2. Key responsibilities
2.1 Sales and
business development• Develop and execute branch sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Drive acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as senior contact point for key clients.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to position the branch competitively.
2.2 Operations and service excellence
• Oversee and coordinate daily branch operations across Sales, Airfreight, Seafreight, Pricing, Customer Service, Customs, and Warehousing.
• Ensure all operational activities are executed with high quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and digital adoption to enhance service delivery.
• Manage escalations and ensure seamless cooperation between departments to deliver best-in-class service to customers.
• Actively manage vendor relationships in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
2.3 Strategy and P&L responsibility
• Translate company strategy into actionable branch business plans.
• Take full accountability for branch P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align strategies and leverage synergies.
• Conduct budget planning for the branch and strictly adhere to reporting deadlines.
2.4 People leadership and development
• Lead, coach, and inspire employees to deliver high performance.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
• Develop succession plans and ensure leadership pipeline within the branch.
2.5 Compliance and risk management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, global standards, and local regulations.
• Proactively manage risks and report critical issues to the General Director.
• Safeguard company reputation through ethical practices and transparent governance
