Job Summary
The Brand & Communications (B&C) Supervisor plays active role to propose planning and execute branding and communications activities for brand management in closely control nationwide, positive brand awareness internally and externally as well.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Physical branding, include:
o Follow up physical branding activities across the country to increase brand awareness based on Brand Guideline, include office signage, office interior standard and office branding decorations
o Coordinate with team members related licenses implementation, both new and renew
- Be in-charge of Communications tasks InternalCom, CorpCom and support MarCom:
o Handle development of memo, announcement, website articles & news & blog, social content, speeches, events agenda & scripts, corporate & brand & events clips
o Take lead in company branding materials/advertisements development
o Schedule and arrange proper contents regularly across all internal communications channels (LCD nationwide, Intranet, Website, Internal social fanpage, etc) with creative and trendy concept, but not break Brand standards and Company's brand archetype
o Propose and execute, or align with relevant Divisions and Trade Union to implement programs, contests and activities included, but not limited to internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications to promote brand love and brand awareness
- Monitor Brand Compliance and report Brand Compliance breach, both online and offline to protect brand reputation
- Execute and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for company events holding, such as CSR activities, partnership events, company parties, etc
- Work with and monitor relevant agencies and freelancers to deliver the best results to branding and communications tasks

- Support Team Head and Department Head in administration task to monitor press relation and crisis communications
- Other assigned tasks by Division Head, Department Head

Job Requirements
1. Education background: Bachelor degree in Comm./MarCom/Media/International Relations or related field
2. Minimum Experience: 2-3 years working experience in Branding, Corporate Communication, Events and/or PR/integrated advertising
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills:
- Good understanding and practices of best brand experiences. Having knowledge and experience in integrated marketing concepts is an advantage
- Good understanding and knowledge of brand assets, brand archetypes, communications management
- Skillful in press release writing and social content as well
- Good writing skill, both Vietnamese and English
- Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Be able to multi-task and adhere to timelines
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Have execution capabilities - engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc.
- Pro-active, hard working, cautious, detailed and ownership spirit
