Plan and execute online and offline events at schools, local venues, and English language centers to promote the EdTech brand and generate leads.
Coordinate event logistics, speakers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.
Collect attendee data, qualify leads, and support post-event follow-up activities.
Support EdTech's brand development, including brand positioning, brand guidelines, tone of voice, brand awareness, and IMC planning.
Manage and maintain the EdTech website and ensure brand consistency across communication channels and touchpoints.
Monitor brand perception metrics, including Brand Sentiment Score, and provide relevant insights and reports.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns and strengthen EdTech's brand presence.
Perform other brand and event-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in
brand marketing, event management, integrated marketing, or a related role.
Experience in planning and executing online/offline events and coordinating with external partners is preferred.
Basic understanding of brand building, brand positioning, and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with website content management and marketing tools is a plus.
