As a Brand Designer Intern, you will be an integral part of our Design team, providing valuable assistance in developing visual assets for client projects. You will be able to actively contribute your ideas and concepts, showcasing innovative solutions and insights that add value to our creative endeavors. Your input will be highly valued as we work together to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the essence of our client's brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Visual Identity systems for client projects, contributing innovative ideas and concepts that provide valuable insights.
Conduct thorough research to gain a general understanding of the client's business case, objectives, or brief, acquiring essential business knowledge to inform the design process.
Execute creative designs throughout all stages of client projects, ensuring visually compelling visuals that align with the brand strategy and effectively convey key messages.
Collaborate with account and brand managers, as well as third-party contractors such as printing vendors, illustrators, photographers, copywriters, and animators, to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables.
Display the ability to work independently or as part of a team, taking ownership of creative projects and ensuring their development and delivery meet client expectations and project timelines.
Stay informed about industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies relevant to brand design, continuously improving skills and knowledge to contribute innovative and impactful designs.
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, generating fresh ideas and diverse perspectives for brand design projects.
Collaborate with the Design team to review and provide constructive feedback on design work, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines, objectives, and client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong creativity and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
Familiarity with branding principles and an understanding of how design supports the brand strategy.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Any additional creative skillset such as 2D or 3D animation, website development, illustration, photography, videography, etc., would be a significant advantage.
Portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Full-time Intern period: 9 months (Monday - Friday).
