Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop, refine, and implement brand positioning and identity across corporate and product portfolios.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all communication channels.
Creative Development
• Lead the development of corporate presentations, product decks, branded visuals, and video assets.
• Work closely with design and creative teams to produce high-quality, brand-aligned materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams in Vietnam and Taiwan to maintain brand consistency across all markets.
• Support Marketing, Recruitment,
Business Development, and other relevant teams with branding needs.
External Agency Management
• Manage creative, digital, and production agencies to deliver high-quality brand and marketing outputs.
Brand Insights & Optimization
• Monitor brand performance, conduct competitive benchmarking, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in branding, advertising, or corporate marketing (experience in agencies or brand consulting is a plus).
• Strong communication, planning, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn concepts into compelling brand assets.
• Knowledge of visual design and video production processes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage projects across different markets.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is preferred.
