Mô tả Công việc
Social Media Calendar - rolling quarterly calendar planning, development and execution across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other communities.
Content - creation of relevant content (photos, words, video) for each social platform.
Engagement - owning fan engagement and issues escalation protocols to relevant guest relations, store operations, product teams and other functional partners.
Influencers - developing advocacy programs and managing relationships
Insights & Trends - staying up to date on latest trends and emerging platforms and making strategic recommendations
Analytics & Reporting - measuring campaign results and providing data driven recommendations for improvement
Partnerships & Vendors - ensure productive agency and vendor relationships that drive our brand forward.

Education/ Training Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Experience
4 plus years of increasing social media experience across the scope of brand and product communications, retail marketing, ecommerce, advertising & promotions, PR for consumer facing brands
History or working on strong brands and with positive business results
Knowledge of:
Knowledge and strong interest in social media environment (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, etc.)
Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Business Profiles
Knowledge of social media listening and reporting tools
Ability to translate the brand voice to social media
Knowledge of social commerce trends
Sharp eye for data trends and the ability to explore and communicate factors that may account for these trends
Skills (Ability to):
Critical thinking, decision making skills
Think creatively, bring brand vision to life
Excellent presentation & communication skills
Build trust and influence range of stakeholders - internal, external
Strong Vietnamese & English language skills
Results focused - ability to deliver in high pressure environment
Agile and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Working hours: as per business needs. Typically 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.
Other special requirements (if any):
Ability to work under pressure at times, with an enthusiastic attitude!
