1. Commercial &
Business Development Support
- Identify, qualify, and segment B2B prospects in line with the commercial and brand strategy for both Exclusive and Incentive brands
- Support the development of outreach lists for outbound campaigns (email, social media, events, etc.)
- Assist in managing client, prospect, and partner follow-ups
- Prepare meeting briefs and post-meeting follow-up communications
- Assist in the coordination of company's participation in trade shows, roadshows, and virtual events.
2. Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Ensure data accuracy and regular updates within the company's CRM
- Support the structuring and monitoring of sales pipelines
- Contribute to basic sales reporting and performance tracking
3. Market Intelligence & Strategic Support
- Support market benchmarking and competitive analysis across key markets
- Contribute insights to support positioning and brand development decisions
4. Brand & Marketing Support
- Work closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing Team to ensure brands consistency and visibility
- Contribute to the creation and update of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, brand documents)
- Participate in brand storytelling and content development
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of social media content
