Mô tả công việc
Integrated commercial planning & implementation:
• Collaborate with international and internal stakeholders to develop integrated commercial planning (ICP) for nutrition brands and implement TTL marketing activities in Vietnam.
• Collect & identify consumer and market insights to enhance outreach strategies, improve customer conversions, and generate qualified leads.
• Drive top-line growth, manage brand P&L, oversee portfolio management and segmentation. Monitor marketing budget and ensure ROI.
• Serve as the business lead, coordinating with cross-functional teams, global partners, and internal departments to achieve successful product launches, provide trade and sales support, and accomplish business objectives through ongoing brand initiatives.
• Execute and follow up on delivering marketing plans/brand plans on time, smoothly, and effectively across various channels (ATL and BTL), including digital advertising, social word-of-mouth, activation, and brand campaigns with strategic partners.
Leadership, Corporate branding & strategy:
• Oversee the development and maintenance of consistent and high-quality company's creative assets, activities, and public relations efforts.
• Develop strategies and activities generate awareness for the company and drive qualified traffic to its premises.
• Ensures effective leadership of the entire marketing team, motivating and empowering direct reports.

Yêu cầu
• University degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing.
• 5+ year working experience in Marketing, brand & trade marketing (At least 2 years of experience in Brand Management in Dairy, Food - Beverage and FMCG)
• 5+ year working experience in Marketing, brand & trade marketing
• Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions within a culturally diverse team, stakeholders, and partners.
• Strategic thinking, result-driven spirit with problem solving skill.
• Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven expertise & experience in Trade & Brand Marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Vietnamese & English).
