Brand Manager

Being a Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting Topica brand to our users and prospects. This position requires you to think creatively and strategically to develop a 12-years old brand that is under intensive transformation. This is a challenging opportunity yet would be very exciting and well-rewarded.
Your main objectives will be
- Help Topica define its brand identity that is highly relevant in a modern era of online learning.
- Build brand preferences and brand top-of-mind among our target audiences.
What will you do?
Develop Brand identity and Brand strategy for Topica brand and sub product brands in different segments
Cascade strategies into brand campaigns and social activities to help build brand preferences among our target users
Manage and guide the team to run marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on social media platforms. Ensure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns
Keep track on market performance and online trends, especially in education industry, to identify opportunities/threats for Topica brand.
Develop strategy to grow Topica brand visibility, both offline and online channels with a focus on social media platforms.
Good writing skill, public speaking skill and good sense of aesthetic
