Mô tả công việc
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to strategically position the brand, identify target customer insights, and translate them into effective marketing initiatives. Perform in-depth market research and data collection.
- Formulate robust positioning and market penetration strategies, accurately forecast revenue, and meticulously allocate budgets.
- Ensure alignment of brand identity with the overarching vision, mission, objectives, and strategies of the company.
- Conceptualize and execute both traditional and cutting-edge communication campaigns tailored to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee marketing and advertising endeavors to maintain coherence with product strategy.
- Proactively identify potential campaign risks and proffer timely mitigation strategies.
- Innovate and implement creative growth strategies to drive brand expansion.
- Methodically assess and report the performance metrics of all marketing campaigns, diligently evaluating ROI and KPIs.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA qualification is advantageous.
Skills: Demonstrated leadership acumen, adept at working autonomously, exceptional communication proficiency, resilience under pressure, advanced analytical capabilities, and adept problem-solving aptitude. Proficiency in fundamental and advanced marketing and branding principles.
Expertise: Profound expertise in Marketing and Branding, with a track record of strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives within the FMCG sector.
Language: Fluency in English at a professional level.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in utilizing office productivity software.
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience within Marketing departments of FMCG companies.
Gender: preferred Male
Age: 25-35
Additional Attributes: Agile, dynamic, proactive, and self-reliant with a penchant for decisive action
