Contribute to expanding the hotels market coverage by developing product development proposals.
Contribute to shape the product guideline and ensure the guidance is applied with consistency.
Be ahead with global market trend, local customer needs.
Launch Management
Contribute to product launch including market research, product marketing plan in coordinate with GTM & Communication team to achieve the set sales & NPS.
Be the guardian for brand & product to ensure the quality of execution and be efficiently optimised effort.
Liaise with the Operation team & others related to ensure the customer experience journey is implemented as planned and efficiently fixed if needed.
Market Research
Monitor & Update new market trends to identify the potential opportunity for business growth.
Generate reports with insight & action plan if required.
Team Management:
Lead, coach & evaluate ABMs/MEs.
