Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and
purchasing motivations.
Generate actionable consumer insights to support product development, marketing campaigns, and revenue-driving initiatives.
Monitor market trends and emerging opportunities to strengthen brand competitiveness within the region.
3. Brand Governance & Management
Act as the local representative of HO Marketing in managing brand identity and brand content across all customer touchpoints.
Ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across communication channels and marketing materials.
Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to identify and resolve brand-related issues effectively.
4. Customer Communications & Marketing Campaigns
Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
Plan and implement regional brand promotion programs and sales-driving initiatives aligned with corporate brand strategies.
Manage the deployment of key communication platforms and channels within the Branch.
Monitor campaign execution, evaluate performance, and ensure consistency with approved communication strategies.
Develop communication budgets, define KPIs, and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. External Relations & Public Affairs
Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, industry associations, media organizations, and other external stakeholders.
Execute external communication plans in accordance with corporate and Branch objectives.
Coordinate information sharing with media, advertising partners, and corporate communication channels when required.
Implement CSR and ESG initiatives in alignment with corporate direction.
Identify potential reputational risks and provide early warnings to support effective crisis prevention and management.
Evaluate and recommend sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, forums, conferences, and industry events that enhance corporate visibility and brand reputation.
Coordinate submissions for industry awards, recognition programs, and government commendations to strengthen corporate credibility.
6. Corporate Communications
Represent the Branch in managing and expanding public relations networks to enhance brand awareness and corporate reputation.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with media partners to maximize communication effectiveness.
Support corporate communication initiatives and ensure message consistency across all external channels.

Develop annual communication and
brand marketing budgets.
