As an Assistant Brand
Marketing Manager, you will support the development and execution of
brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. The role works closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams while gradually taking ownership of assigned marketing initiatives and business verticals (Pre-Loved, Menswear, T3), building capabilities to step into a Brand Marketing Manager role in the future.
Brand Strategy support: Support development of brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and contribute to market insights and growth opportunities.
Integrated marketing campaign: Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social media, retail, events and partnerships.
Lead and execute marketing initiatives for assigned business areas including Pre-Loved ecosystem, Menswear brands and T3 travel retail, ensuring strong brand visibility, customer engagement and sales contribution.
Collaborate with CRM, Retail and Partnerships teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand activation initiatives.
Conduct market research, monitor marketing budgets and track campaign performance to provide insights for marketing optimization
Coordinate with Retail, VM, Merchandising and centralized marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all touchpoints
Monitor budget utilization and track campaign performance.
Analyze results and recommend optimization actions.
Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs
