To work closely with retail partners to propose, negotiate, and implement the loyalty program and promotion services to increase WAON POINT's visibility and driving sales impact.
Key responsibilities:
• Partner with and monitor merchants to ensure rollout WAON POINT Program with contract terms and agreed commitments (30%).
• Operate and oversee the loyalty program platform, including point issuance, redemption, voucher management, etc. to ensure timely reconciliation for assigned merchants (30%).
• Analyze operational challenges and propose process/ workflow enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency (20%).
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns related to loyalty programs, promptly reports on promotional performance and member activities to senior management and key stakeholders, escalating issues as needed (20%).
1. Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in customer loyalty programs, operations,
trade marketing, or sales with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in sales-driven trade promotions, retail partnerships, and negotiating trade terms.
• Knowledge of various types of businesses such as retailers,
developers, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, loyalty platforms, or e-commerce backends.
2. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, Customer Services or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of loyalty program mechanism.
• Experience working with CRM, POS, and loyalty platforms.
• Team player with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
• Communication English skills
