Develop and implement an EVP plan and support the Talent Acquisition team to drive a multi-channel recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees.
Manage and operate the system of digital recruitment channels.
Enhance brand awareness, attract brand followers, and manage the brand and TCV's presence as a professional, attractive employer across channels.
Plan annual activities and organize - participate in Recruitment events at universities, and training centers... and be the annual focal point to maintain and develop cooperative relationships with these units.
Make reports, evaluate communication activities, implement content chains, and propose next plans or actions.
Other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
