Brand Marketing Executive (Laneige)

Plan, manage, and execute social media content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms in line with brand guidelines.
Create, coordinate, and oversee social media content including product launches, campaigns, promotions, and events.
Stay up to date with social media trends, beauty trends, and platform best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
Monitor daily performance of social channels; analyze insights and provide recommendations to optimize results.
Manage social media communities: respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Work closely with agencies, KOLs/influencers, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Support e-commerce and marketing campaigns with social content and creative ideas.
Track competitor activities and market trends within the beauty industry.
Assist in campaign reporting, content calendars, and marketing presentations.
Support offline events, launches, and other marketing activities when required.
