Mô tả công việc
This position will mainly be responsible for the development and execution of brand's marketing plans and strategies to build the brand's awareness by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on consumers, competition and external environment) in line with the brand's objectives.
Main responsibilities include the following fields:
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns which are aligned with marketing strategy.
• Manage and oversee the production of online content (including social media content), marketing collaterals, EDM, print advertisements, presentation materials and etc.
• Review the uplift numbers vs sales forecast and recommending action plans to meet the sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking.
• Manage and monitor Marketing Expense investment in line with annual marketing budgets.
• Other tasks assigned by the top management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Vietnamese Nationality and fluent in English or Mandarin.
• Proven experience of more than 3 years as marketing executive or similar role.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
• Familiar with social media and web analytics.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creative and have good commercial awareness.
• Enthusiastic, result-oriented.
• Able to work independently, to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
• Proven experience of more than 3 years as marketing executive or similar role.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
• Familiar with social media and web analytics.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
