1. Develop Comprehensive
Digital Marketing Plans:
Build an overall Digital Marketing strategy for Nexgen Bros' brands in the US/EU markets.
Develop communication plans for each phase (quarterly/annual) including SEO, Paid Ads, and Social.
Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure KPI achievement (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, ROI).
2. Build Content Strategy for Social Channels:
Develop content strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc..
Work closely with the content and performance teams to deploy synchronized campaigns (branding + sales-driven).
3. Measure Effectiveness and Optimize Performance:
Monitor, analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ...) and report periodically.
Provide insights and propose optimization directions for budget, content, customer files, and conversion journey.
4. Manage & Develop the Team:
Lead and train the marketing team (content, design, performance) towards high performance and creativity.
University graduate majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields...
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a management position.
Preference for candidates with deep knowledge of Branding, Paid Ads, and Content Strategy.
Preference for candidates with experience working with the US/EU markets, especially in the cross-border E-commerce sector.
Strong data analysis skills, strategic planning, creative thinking, and leadership ability.
Fair English proficiency, good comprehension of English documentation
