Job Summary
The Brand and Marketing Manager - Global Markets will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to drive and execute SkyLab's global brand strategy. This position is instrumental in strengthening our brand presence, both online and offline, and will oversee lead generation activities across key international markets. This role requires a global outlook with the ability to adapt strategies to diverse markets and a hands-on approach to brand building in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Brand Development and Awareness
• Collaborate with the CSO to develop and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy for increased brand visibility in key international markets.
• Lead awareness campaigns for FusionFlow, GPU as a Service, and other offerings across digital media, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging while tailoring campaigns to resonate with diverse audiences in each region.
2. Digital Content and Strategy
• Oversee content creation and localization for SkyLab's global digital channels, including website, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Manage SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and analytics, optimizing content and campaigns to expand SkyLab's reach.
• Craft messaging that clearly conveys SkyLab's value propositions, working closely with the CSO to align on key brand themes and strategic priorities.
3. Lead Generation and Relationship Management
• Develop and implement lead generation initiatives to drive customer acquisition in targeted markets.
• Track and manage leads through CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion tracking.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, potential clients, and strategic partners to establish SkyLab's reputation as a leader in multi-cloud solutions.
4. Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct research on international market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
5. Event Coordination and Representation
• Organize SkyLab's participation in global trade shows, industry conferences, and brand activations.
• Represent SkyLab at international events, showcasing the brand and engaging with stakeholders to drive brand loyalty.

Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally with global or regional responsibilities.
● Proven expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation across multiple regions.
● Proficiency in SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics tools.
● Excellent communication skills in English.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in cloud solutions, AI, or technology sectors.
• Knowledge of global and regional marketing trends and strategies.
• Background in product launches and brand management across different markets.
● 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally with global or regional responsibilities.
● Proven expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation across multiple regions.
● Proficiency in SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics tools.
● Excellent communication skills in English.
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
