UBT/edigi is a project of DAFC about Apple technology products and products using AI technology.
As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will join hands with the team in order to help protect brands' heritage, strengthen brands' voice as well as showcase brands' creativity through both external & internal means of communication.
BRAND COMMUNICATIONS
Be responsible for annual communications plan (planning & implementing) including initiatives of public relations, media, advertising (OOH, social media, print & digital), creative content (with media & influencers) which have to be in line with global strategy, local marketing KPIs & timeline within assigned budgets.
Develop & maintain professional & genuinely good relationships with editors, media partners, celebrities/influencers and third-party advocates.
Filter & response to PR requests from media partners such as oversea shootings, PR materials, samples support...
Explore further possibilities in order to enhance brand's visibility through OOH, print/online ad, influencers & digital touch-points...
Track, monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of all the PR activities & invested channels.
Conduct press presentations for new collection & campaign launches.
Partner with in-house digital team for a detailed social & digital content plan.
Support in-house CRM team with client communication tools development (EDM content).
Be accountable for internal communication materials and channels, keep other teams (digital, CRM, VM, product, retail...) updated & engaged with the brands the same way we build love and trust in our media partners & targeted clients..
DIGITAL MARKETING
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Execute, track retail / brand campaign and provide report on specific sales performance.
In coordination with digital related persons and Manager of the Brand and related persons of the Brand to Review media statistics and Monitor analytics.
Manages product lines, stock level, service issues, new policies to ensure timely response/inform to BOD and/or Manager of the Brand, PIC of the marketing of the distributor.
Executes e Content creation tied to product and promotion uploads, implement changes/new features and ensure accuracy of e Content.
Maintain & upgrade current O2O channel, ensure fully uploading of new arrival and off-season merchandise pictures & information.
Establish E-commerce channel to be harmonised with company omni system.
Update e Commerce activities to Customer Service Team to ensure the best online customer service.
TRADE MARKETING
Design and implement promotion plan for brands annual/monthly and ad-hoc.
Report and manage promotion budget among the guideline, deal with principal/supplier/partner for the best profit bringing for company.
Partnership & event management.
Collaborate with CDM in house team to link/utilize the database of DAFC in the best way.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
· Knowledge of technology products is a plus.
· At least 3 years of experience working in media/PR role, preferably in electronics, fashion, cosmetic or media field.
· Experienced of creating and implementing plans, setting budgets & strong follow-ups.
· Fluent in spoken & written English
· Good sense of content creating, story-telling & presentation skills.
· Proven ability to cultivate and sustain professional working relationships with different parties (both internal & external).
· Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations & ability to self-manage and prioritize work to deliver on key goals.
· A big plus if you are a responsive, agile, detail-orientated, well-organized & teamwork player.
