Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with Japanese customers on all project - related matters
Manage project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project
Analyze and transfer customer's requests to project team members during the whole development process
Frequently and actively contact with customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents
Job Requirements:
Experience in software development for more than 4 years
Have experience of software development technology: Front end or Back end
Over 2 years of working experience as BSE
Strong leadership, problem-solving as well as teamwork skills with pro-active and independent concentration
Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure
Communication skills: JPTL N2 equivalent is a MUST and/or good English (TOEIC) is preferable
