Mô tả công việc

To be a bridge in communication between Japanese client and Project team in VN on all project-related matters;
Work with Japaneseclient to get allproject information, required documents, ...
Work with Project team in VN to understand project business documents, confirm requirements with client, and collaborate with team to perform system analysis and design;
Collaborate with the PM/PL to plan, estimate project implementation efforts and monitor project progress;
Need to analyze risks, evaluate effectiveness, report progress, and ensure project quality, deadlines, expectation from client;
Check the qualityof the project's output products beforedelivering them to client;
Act as a bridge to exchange with client, Q&A,have solutions to solve problemsarising in the project, and problems after handover;
Work in Japan and Vietnam according to project requirements

Yêu cầu

Japanese qualification: N2 orabove;
1+ years of experience in working as a Bridge Software Engineer(BSE);
Strong in negotiation, presentation, communication, transferring technical issues smoothly, complex problem solving, and time management;
Experienced in analysisrequirement, basic design, and detail design writing;
Strong in reporting via email or meeting with Japanese clients;
Strong in project management, planning and highresponsibility;
Attention to detail and multi-taskingskills;
Critical thinking, teamworkmindset, and service orientation (actively seeking ways);
Ability to connectingbusiness chances between Japan site and Vietnam site is a plus.
