1. POSITION OVERVIEW:
Directly responsible for managing and strategically developing our exclusive Talent (Shumo), as well as scouting, building, and expanding a multi-sector network of KOLs/KOCs/Talents. The ultimate goal is to provide high-quality resources to support Blueseed Communication's campaigns.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Exclusive Talent Management (Specifically Shumo: [protected info]):
Strategic Planning: Develop short-term and long-term personal branding and image development roadmaps for Shumo.
Booking & Scheduling: Organize work, filming, performing, and event schedules efficiently, ensuring a healthy balance with the young Talent's education and well-being.
Commercial Representation: Work directly with brands and partners to negotiate contracts, rate cards, and sponsorship/brand endorsement terms for Shumo.
Care & Support: Accompany the Talent (and their family/guardians) to events and filming sessions; proactively resolve any on-site issues that arise.
B. Building and Expanding Blueseed Talents Network:
Talent Scouting: Monitor market trends to identify, evaluate, and approach potential KOLs, KOCs, and Talents across various sectors (Education, Entertainment, FMCG, Tech, Fashion, etc.).
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/KOCs and other talent management agencies. Negotiate the best pricing policies (agency rates/discounts) for Blueseed.
Database Management: Categorize and continuously update profiles, rate cards, and performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Conversion rate) of the internal KOL/KOC network.
C. Internal Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Account, Planning, and Creative teams to pitch suitable Talents/KOLs in campaign proposals to clients.
Develop attractive, exclusive Commercial Packages to enable the Sales team to easily approach brands.
Monitor and oversee the quality of content (Videos, Posts) created by Talents/KOLs, ensuring strict adherence to the brief and committed KPIs for clients.
D. Risk & Contract Management:
Draft and review contract terms related to copyrights, image rights, and information confidentiality (NDA).
Anticipate and handle media crises (Crisis Management) involving Talents, if any.
3. REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Manager, Booking Manager, or in KOLs/Influencer Marketing at an Agency or Entertainment company.
Network: An extensive existing network with KOLs/KOCs, press/media, and the entertainment community is a huge advantage.
Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and persuasiveness to work effectively with "stars"; and the families of young talents.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to work under high pressure, and flexible in handling ad-hoc situations 24/7.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Influencer Marketing landscape, social media trends (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, etc.), and basic knowledge of intellectual property/image rights laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
