* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop business strategies and sales plans for digital media and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proposals and campaigns meet client objectives.
- Supervise proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry insights to guide business decisions.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation for the sales team.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or
business development within the advertising /
digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital media, Ad Network, Social Booking, IMC campaigns.
- High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
