[BSD] Senior Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify and approach potential clients in various industries (brands, agencies, SMEs, etc.) to introduce the company's digital advertising and communication services.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Propose customized advertising solutions that match client objectives and budgets (Ad Network, KOL booking, social media campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns).
Collaborate with internal teams (planning, creative, account, media) to build proposals, quotations, and campaign plans.
Negotiate contracts and ensure revenue targets are met.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and digital media innovations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of sales experience in advertising, media, or digital agencies.
Proven track record of selling Ad Network / Social Booking / Digital Campaigns.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
