Budget Control Specialist

Job Description
1. Functional Expertise:
1.1/ Sales planning and controlling.
• Lead daily normal operations related to sales controlling (quotation, transfer prices & sales contract - external/internal)
• Steer with Optravis on the Transfer Prices & MoTC target
• Coordinate End-to-end sales process till sales finalization
• Key contact with VNPT vendor on the e-invoice system & validation
• Lead Inventory Year-end Stocktaking with departments & external audits
• Maintain & update the Sales Work Instructions followed PS BMM Process Compass
• Manage the sales impact on Plant Performance (CF/BP/YEC)
• Main representative for external audits on sales topic
1.2/ Central Charges:
• Actual central charges invoicing and announcement (GS/C/M/RO/GR)
• Collaborate and Liase with Charging Partners on the nature of the charges and planning for CF/BP
• Ensure invoice to partners processed and charged on time
• Plan accurate central charges for CF/BP planning with Opportunities/Risks
• Reflect correct allocation & charging in the Bosch Central Charging Tools followed strict timeline
1.3/ Cost Optimization:
• Drive & implement effective cost measures plant level
• Support manager to review continuous cost improvement at dept level & plant level
• Assess & manage the risks & opportunities every current forecast for realization
• Justify the budget proposals for cost improvement and present to manager for steering methods
• Propose & execute optimized budget models in the dept for implementation
• Execute various cost areas for improvement (tax, T&E, LOG, services, purchasing, MAEs, ...)
1.4/ Digital Champions:
• Develop digital tools for internal CTG to drive effective performance & improve service time to stakeholders
• Generate complex/consolidated reports for Head of Dept for budget performance
• Support S4 Hana process roadmap for Controlling
• Lead CTG Digital Projects with BU central for implementation & customization
2. Commercial business partner:
• Work in conjunction with assigned departments to support budget planning, quarterly forecasting and monthly business reporting
• Monitor budget spending, provide assessment of cost deviations and support to define saving measures
• Provide commercial consultancy on cost optimization and other inquiries on controlling processes
• Go-to-person for departments for budget/spending/projects
• Present the department performance to plant management
• Support the PPC Feasibility of new product/project
3. Other tasks but not limited to:
• Team Activities Coordinators
• CTG Digitalization Project (PowerBI, FBI, RedLake, PowerAutomate...)
• Functional Improvement Project within plant
• Conduct expertise training for other CTG members
• Additional responsibilities, tasks, projects assigned by leader.
