Building Energy Efficiency Engineer - 3+ Years Of Experience - HCMC

Your mission is to support the design and optimization of high-performance buildings. This role focuses on environmental performance, energy efficiency, thermal comfort, daylighting, and sustainability strategies across projects from concept design through construction. This expert role will work closely with architects, engineers, façade consultants, and sustainability teams to improve building performance and support green building certifications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform building performance simulations including thermal modeling, daylight analysis, energy modeling, and natural ventilation studies.
Analyze and optimize façade performance, solar gain, shading strategies, and material selections.
Support the design of low-energy and sustainable buildings aligned with international standards.
Conduct computational analysis related to: Thermal comfort, Indoor environmental quality, Energy consumption, Building envelope performance
Provide technical input during concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structural, and MEP engineers.
Prepare technical reports, simulation results, and recommendations for clients and project teams.
Assist with green building certification processes (e.g., LEED, EDGE, WELL, GreenMark, LOTUS).
Stay updated on innovations in building science, sustainability, and environmental design.
