Business strategy: Develop a business plan for bias tires for the next 3 years.
Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with various functions to align business plans.
Operations Management: Streamline the business reporting structure for key parameters to be tracked for plant operations
Supply Chain Management: Work with the PPS team to optimize the planning process.
2. Product Management
Product Roadmap: Create a product roadmap for the 2W tires portfolio.
Market Mapping: Analyze the market for products and develop a product plan for the next three years for Yokohama.
Customer Needs: Understand and document customer needs for this segment.
Product Positioning: Develop product positioning for the 2W business relative to competitors.
Price Mapping: Conduct price mapping in the market against competitors.

Requirement:
Proficient in English and Vietnamese
Good exposure to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills
3rd-year or final-year student, or recent graduate, majoring in Business Administration or Engineering (Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh.
