Work with the Product team to define user requirements through the most appropriate method
Gather, organize, and synthesize information from various sources, translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to the management expectations
Analyze requirements that are verifiable and prioritized in a manner that is acceptable to both business and stakeholders
Support the delivery of features including ongoing maintenance of features and stories/tasks
Communicate iteration priorities, feature sets, roadmaps, and stakeholder feedback to a variety of different stakeholders and executives

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT/Engineer, Business Information System, Computer Science or related areas
Have at least 1 working experience year related to Business Analysis
Logical thinking and problem-solving, ability to articulate and translate ideas and concepts into solid business requirements
Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new technologies, and ability to work under pressure
Ability to research documents and analyze requirements
Have good skills at Teamwork, Analysis, Design Mockup, Documentation, Communication, and Presentation
Be proactive, learning mindset and positive attitude at work
Good command of Microsoft Office
