Mô tả công việc

Participate in the PMO department to control the overall design of the deployed business of digital products
Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop business cases for digital transformation initiatives.
Drive the design and implementation of digital product features list to enhance customer experience, operational & administration efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership in the selection and implementation of software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in, support, and successful adoption of digital solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field;
Minimum 7 years of business analysis experience including at least 2-3 years participating in digital transformation projects
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from inception to implementation, delivering measurable business results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience with agile methodologies, process reengineering, and change management.
Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) and/or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
