Job Description
1. Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of
Business Analysts, providing guidance and support in large-scale eCommerce projects.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with project goals and team capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the BA team.
2. Business Analysis & Requirements Management:
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
- Ensure completeness, clarity and feasibility of business requirements while aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and
project managers.
- Conduct workshops, interviews and presentations to capture requirements and validate solutions.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
4. Project Execution & Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with project managers and solution architects to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee requirement traceability, impact analysis and change management processes.
- Validate deliverables against business objectives and ensure high-quality output.
5. Domain Expertise & Strategic Insights:
- Stay updated on eCommerce industry trends, customer experience best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance digital commerce solutions and improve business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in eCommerce or digital platform projects.
- Solid experience in digital transformation and enterprise application projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing business analysis teams in complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
