Description:
We are looking for a Business Analyst for Shinka Network, our venture that builds co-evolutionary networks. More specifically, we seek someone to execute data-driven market and product research for **Teiki**, the crowdfunding protocol on Cardano. The objective is to write requirements and make product decisions based on real-life data. We have relatively high standards and expect high-quality writing with attention to detail.
Responsibility:
- Execute data-driven market and product research.
- Validate and document product insights.
- Write product requirements.
- Use data and process modeling tools to analyze and represent information to translate requirements into meaningful statements of work.
- Analyse commercial data such as fees, revenues, and forecasts.
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvements.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Ambitious, driven, and energetic.
- At least 3 years of business analysis experience in the software industry.
- Experience in requirements elicitation & analysis, software testing, and facilitating meetings.
- Excellent English writing skills, especially in software requirements and specifications.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Understand software development lifecycles and processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Capable of researching new domains.
- (Preferred) Existing experience in the crowdfunding, blockchain, and AI markets.
