Business Analyst BPMN, Agile, SQL, Database

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Work with users, System Analysts, Developers, QA, and Project Managers to define business flows and system solutions.

Prepare process flows, As-Is/To-Be analysis, functional specifications, and implementation documents.

Support project planning, timeline estimation, progress tracking, and status reporting.

Prepare User Stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and test plans.

Coordinate SIT/UAT and ensure delivered systems meet functional, data quality, and integrity requirements.

Support implementation and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Analyze database-related requirements, data models, ERDs, and SQL queries.

Business Analysis Skills

Requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.

Process modeling: Workflow, DFD, BPMN.

Experience with User Stories, backlog management, Scrum/Kanban.

Gap and impact analysis (As-Is / To-Be).

Experience in Banking, Fintech, payment, or financial systems is highly preferred.

Database & Architecture Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Data modeling and ERD design.

SQL/query performance tuning and indexing.

Understanding of data security, governance, backup, and recovery.

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of Python, Go, Java, or [protected info] and REST APIs.

Experience with AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL, or Azure SQL.
