About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our international team and contribute to the development of the Akkuro Mortgage platform ([protected info]). In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in both Vietnam and the Netherlands, working in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Vietnam and the Netherlands to ensure alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across cultures.
Leverage knowledge of finance including banking systems, to support product development with relevant insights and industry context.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes including daily stand-ups, refinement, and planning sessions.
Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in business processes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Manage product release cycles to ensure timely and smooth delivery of product increments, in close collaboration with development and QA teams.
Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to support Agile workflows, enhance transparency, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
Translate input and requirements from Dutch product experts into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
4 - 8 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Good understanding of the international financial markets; FinTech experience is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Hands-on experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
Experience with Scrum/Agile is preferred; Scrum certification is a strong plus.
