Business Analyst Executive (ERP and Internal System Implementation)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Business Analyst (BA) to support the deployment and user adoption of a internal system integrated with Microsoft Dynamics ERP. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and the implementation team to ensure successful rollout, training, and ongoing support of the system within our furniture manufacturing and distribution operations.
This role is critical to bridging the gap between technology and business needs-helping users embrace new systems and ensuring processes are well documented, tested, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Deployment & User Enablement
• Coordinate and support the rollout of the internal system integrated with Microsoft Dynamics ERP across departments such as Tender, Cost Control, QS, Procurement, and Site....
• Deliver hands-on user training, develop user guides, and provide post-go-live support.
• Act as a first-line support for user issues, and work with internal IT for resolution.
• Monitor adoption and escalate resistance or process bottlenecks.
2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Work with key users to understand business needs and gather requirements for enhancements or new features.
• Document workflows, business processes (as-is/to-be), SOPs, and training materials.
3. Process Improvement & Testing
• Analyze gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements aligned with system capabilities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT): preparing test cases, coordinating test activities, and documenting results.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with department heads, ERP developer
• Communicate clearly with non-technical users and facilitate feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
