POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a Senior Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements, create, review BRD, functional specifications, and user stories
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
Act as a bridge between Business Stakeholders and Development team (in-house and vendor)
Consult on solution and scope of project
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
Collaborate with Development team, participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes
Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes
Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing
Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations
Participate in bidding process

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
Strong business mindset
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Strong in Stakeholder management
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation tools
Experience with Mockup tool and diagram tool: Figma, Basamiq, Drawio
Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...
Proactive and Strong in problem-solving, and communication skills
Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, CSPO)
Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
Experience and knowledge of Commercial, Supplychain, Pharmacy is a plus
