We are seeking a dynamic and young Business Analyst to join our tech product company. This position is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or a related field, particularly in Travel Technology or Hotel Booking.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst at TaDiDi JSC, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collect, categorize and analyze requirements from customers and relevant partners. Understand and document the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
Documentation and Technical Translation: Transform requirements and technical documents into a format that the technical team can use for implementation. Create clear and concise documentation that outlines system specifications and requirements.
Industry Research: Conduct research in the industry to stay updated with current trends, technologies, and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
UAT Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with users to ensure the system meets their requirements.
Document and communicate feedback to the development team for necessary improvements.
Project Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and keep all relevant parties informed. Ensure that the project stays on track and meets its milestones.
System Logic Presentation: Provide guidance and present the logical structure of the system to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Explain how the system works and how it aligns with the business requirements.
