Việc làm Business Analyst

Job Description

● Engage with Korean clients to gather and understand their business requirements.

● Conduct meetings, interviews, and workshops to elicit and document client expectations.

● Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.

● Collaborate with the development team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.

● Create detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

● Act as a liaison between Korean clients and the development team in Vietnam.

● Facilitate communication and ensure that project expectations are communicated effectively.

Requirements

Essential:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or outsourcing environment.

● Fluent in Korean and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment.

● Understand basic AI concepts, have the mindset to use AI, and apply AI tools in work

Desirable (Good to have):

● Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments

● Digital/ eCommerce agency background
