Position: Business Analyst Manager
Location: 2nd floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, HCMC
Working time: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri (have flextime policy)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 Level 1 and Level 2 Business Analysts, including coaching, goal-setting, and performance management
- Work with customers and other departments to gather and analyze business requirements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions
- Support the Head of Department on relevant projects and initiatives
- Work with other technical heads to design and propose solutions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of projects
- Develop and maintain key documentation including SRS, BRD, and FRD
- Create wireframes and mock-ups to visualize solutions
- Apply data analytics skills to inform decision-making (preferred)
- Manage the full software development life-cycle (preferred)
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure project success (preferred)
- Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to complex business challenges
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Project Management roles
- Proven experience in a senior-level position, with management experience preferred
- Strong technical skills in document writing, wireframing, and mock-up creation
- Proficiency in office tools and wireframing software
- Excellent understanding of software development life-cycle
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Solid project management skills
- Data analytics skills are a plus
- Ability to focus on and define long-term vision
- Comfortable working across various and diverse business domains
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, disciplined environment
