Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can effectively translate business needs into clear requirements, create essential documentation, bridge communication among cross-functional teams, support QA validation, and coordinate smoothly within a global offshore development environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and define business requirements
- Create BRD, functional specs, API specs, user stories
- Bridge communication between PM, Designers, FE/BE engineers
- Support QA scenario design and functional validation
- Manage communication in a global offshore development environment
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
- 3 years+ of BA or System Analyst experience
- Broad exposure to multiple domains & project types
- Strong documentation skills in English or Korean
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Nice to Haves
- Experience in eCommerce, ERP, Logistics, SaaS
- Experience with Korean clients or global teams
- Tools: Jira, Figma, Notion, Confluence
