Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can effectively translate business needs into clear requirements, create essential documentation, bridge communication among cross-functional teams, support QA validation, and coordinate smoothly within a global offshore development environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and define business requirements
• Create BRD, functional specs, API specs, user stories
• Bridge communication between PM, Designers, FE/BE engineers
• Support QA scenario design and functional validation
• Manage communication in a global offshore development environment

Requirements

• 3 years+ of BA or System Analyst experience
• Broad exposure to multiple domains & project types
• Strong documentation skills in English or Korean
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Nice to Haves

• Experience in eCommerce, ERP, Logistics, SaaS
• Experience with Korean clients or global teams
• Tools: Jira, Figma, Notion, Confluence
