3-5 years of experience in BA/PO roles, with experience in delivering products through to Go-live.
Understanding of e-commerce business operations, including orders, products, inventory, payments, and shipping.
Experience in writing business documentation, process mapping, User Flows/Wireframes, and reading ERDs.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to proactively explore and clarify requirements.
Ability to apply ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude in daily work.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with Stakeholders, Dev teams, and Vendors.
