Mô tả công việc
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals
• Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Develop and document functional requirements for new and existing features
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to ensure requirements are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Participate in the testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet business and user requirements
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on platform performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our platform remains cutting-edge

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fintech industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge about cryptocurrency
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fintech industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Salary range: up to 1500$. Performance review twice a year;
